Background

The Identity Strategist and founder of the CHOSEN Empire has formally launched the CHOSEN Evolution, a movement that brings every dimension of her identity coaching practice under one roof.

At its center is a conviction Gray has carried for years: high-achieving women are not burning out because they lack skills or drive. They are burning out because they have spent years living inside identities built by everyone around them rather than by themselves.

Gray’s authority on the subject runs deeper than most coaches can claim. Orphaned at birth, raised on a Navajo reservation, she navigated abuse and profound adversity before building a career spanning more than 30 years in financial services. She also raised a son born at just 12 ounces. Nothing she teaches comes from a training manual.

The CHOSEN Evolution pulls together one-on-one executive coaching, corporate leadership programmes, keynote speaking, the Queens Table intimate group container, and the Rock Movers Podcast, now in its seventh season with more than 104 episodes. Gray’s book Becoming a Rock Mover is available as a free e-book alongside additional resources on her website.

Her recent keynote stages include the Texas Business Women Annual Conference and the Women in STEM Leadership Annual International Conference. Her clients range from Fortune 500 leaders to solo entrepreneurs.

Gray says the movement is not a programme to complete. It is a return that begins the moment a woman decides to choose herself first.
