Well-known international education magazine, The Education View is honored to have Terry Winship, visionary Owner of Mudita Concepts (Pty) Ltd, who admits that clever use of outsourcing in education enables schools to be able to take advantage of external resources and talent pools and thus enhance general teaching excellence.

She believes strongly in the magic of ongoing learning and enjoys empowering others. She creates an inclusive instructional design that combines various teaching strategies to challenge active participation and critical thinking. She requires energetic presentations that use the energy of story and interactivity to energize the people.
With a culture of ongoing professional development, encouraging feedback loops, and using technology, she will increasingly be able to improve instructional approaches and maximize what is acquired. Her vision for the future is to enable teachers to provide transformative learning experiences and to propel education as an influential force to be reckoned with in individual and societal transformation.
Since she began her business career, Terry has been fascinated by the power of learning and sharing knowledge to change people’s lives. She named her company “Mudita,” the Buddhist philosophy of finding happiness in others’ success and happiness. The philosophy better describes Terry’s main driving force; she gets most satisfaction from watching people grow, whether through gaining a new skill or gaining confidence.
She started her career as a computer programmer and system analyst, developing her technical skills, but soon found her true calling to assist others towards their full potential. Trained and coached, she is now successfully merging her passion for personal growth, technology and communication. Observing the smile in someone’s face when they have done something they did not believe was possible, inspires her to constantly improve and advance as a trainer.
