Brandon has appointed Erin Regan as its new chief growth officer, strengthening the agency’s leadership team as it continues to expand its client base and service offerings.

In her new role, Regan will oversee client acquisition, identify new capability areas, and help shape operational strategies to support the agency’s long-term growth. The company said her appointment reflects its focus on scaling the business while maintaining creative quality and speed.

Commenting on her move, Regan said brands today need partners that can move quickly without losing attention to craft. She said Brandon has managed to strike that balance and is building a modern agency model. Regan added that joining the leadership team offered an opportunity to help grow the business in a meaningful way.

Regan joins Brandon from Full Contact, where she served as managing partner and led agency growth and key client partnerships. She previously held senior leadership roles at several well-known agencies, including chief growth officer at GYK Antler. Earlier in her career, she led business development for Arnold Worldwide across its Boston and New York offices and worked on global integration efforts following Arnold’s partnership with the Havas network.

She has worked with clients across many industries and markets. Regan has worked with global brands such as Jeep, Marriott, and Ocean Spray, as well as regional names including the Boston Bruins, Hasbro Gaming, and Hardee’s.

Scott Brandon, chief executive officer of Brandon, said Regan brings rare breadth of experience, having built brands of different sizes across top agencies. He said the company is entering a phase where it needs a growth leader who can identify new opportunities and open doors for future expansion.

Regan has also received industry recognition. She was named among the “2024 Women We Admire” by the Boston Ad Club’s Women Leadership Forum. In addition, she has served on the 4A’s New Business Committee and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Hospitality and Tourism Council.
