Loews Hotels & Co has appointed hospitality industry veteran Kristie Goshow as its new Chief Commercial Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company focuses on accelerating revenue growth and brand expansion across its portfolio.

Goshow, a UK native, will oversee the company’s entire commercial strategy, including sales, hotel marketing, revenue management, meetings and events, brand, communications, e-commerce, distribution, digital marketing and the customer engagement center. Her role will cover all 27 Loews properties across the United States.

Announcing the appointment, Alex Tisch, President and CEO of Loews Hotels & Co, highlighted Goshow’s strong blend of innovation, strategy, and focus on the customer. He added that her global experience across marketing, distribution and revenue functions makes her a valuable addition as the group builds the next phase of growth.

Before joining Loews, Goshow served as Chief Commercial Officer at Peregrine Hospitality Group, where she led sales, revenue strategy and marketing. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Preferred Hotels & Resorts, overseeing global marketing and loyalty programmes for more than 700 hotels across over 80 countries.

She has held senior positions at Viceroy Hotel Group, Sabre, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien, and Utell. She also spent nine years in Dubai with Jumeirah, where she drove global distribution, marketing and business innovation. Goshow began her career in travel logistics before moving to Virgin Atlantic as an area sales manager.

Reacting to her new role, Goshow said she was excited to join Loews Hotels and praised its culture of creativity and customer-first service, which she believes creates room for meaningful innovation.

She has received several industry awards, including Skift’s Women Shaping Travel’s Future and Hotel Management’s Most Influential Women in Hospitality.

Headquartered in New York, Loews Hotels & Co owns or operates 27 hotels across key U.S. cities and resort destinations, including 11 properties at Universal Orlando Resort.
